Return and handling fees may apply to orders not covered by Return Protection, which can be purchased at checkout for $2.98.

All return and handling fees listed above are waived when Return Protection is purchased at checkout.

Return windows are measured from the delivery date. Fees apply per return request, not per item. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card for future purchases.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

• New, unworn, and unwashed.

• Clean and free of odors, stains, markings, or signs of use.

• In its original packaging, with all tags attached.

• In a condition suitable for resale as new.

Underwear & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel must be tried on over clean underwear.

Please avoid wearing cologne, deodorant, or other products that could leave scents or residue when trying on merchandise.

All returned items are inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our hygiene and merchandise condition requirements. Return authorization does not guarantee acceptance.

Final Sale Items

The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except as required by law:

• Daily Deal and Closeout items.

• Merchandise discounted 40% or more from its regular price.

• Items purchased through Buy 2, Get 1 Free, Free Gift, or similar promotional offers.

• Items specifically marked Final Sale.

International Returns

International orders are eligible for returns within 365 days of delivery, subject to our standard eligibility requirements and refund windows. Return Protection is not available for international orders.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including applicable postage, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance charges.

• Return Authorization: Contact Customer Service for approval and shipping instructions before sending merchandise back.

• Tracking: Customers must provide the return carrier and tracking number to Customer Service after shipping.

• Customs: All packages must be accurately declared as returned merchandise and follow the customs instructions provided.

• Exchanges: International exchanges are not available. Customers may return eligible merchandise and place a new order.

International returns must clear customs and be received before processing. Original shipping charges and previously paid import duties or taxes are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Refunds & Processing

Approved returns are generally processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a digital gift card, depending on the selected return option and eligibility window. Applicable return fees are deducted from the refund or credit.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Refunds to the original payment method may take additional time to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Additional Information

Return Deadlines: Return requests must be initiated within the applicable window measured from delivery. Approved returns must be shipped according to the instructions and deadlines provided.

Incorrect or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact Customer Service with your order number and photos. We'll arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Excessive Returns: We reserve the right to restrict returns in cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns, or misuse of this policy, subject to applicable law.
